        學(xué)校主校區(qū)位于成都市天府新城華陽，距成都中心城區(qū)12公里，校園面積570余畝，共有全日制在校學(xué)生7500余人。學(xué)校擁有一支政治素質(zhì)好、業(yè)務(wù)過硬、實(shí)踐能力強(qiáng)、符合高職教育需要的教師隊(duì)伍，現(xiàn)有教職工434人，其中副高及以上職稱教師71人，同時(shí)聘有一批校外專家、教授和創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)大師為客座教授。

        學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有文化商學(xué)院、影視學(xué)院、文化傳播學(xué)院、非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)學(xué)院、數(shù)碼學(xué)院、文博學(xué)院、動(dòng)漫學(xué)院、文化旅游學(xué)院、基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)部、繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院等10個(gè)教學(xué)單位，招生專業(yè)48個(gè)（含方向）。學(xué)校建有特色鮮明的7個(gè)校內(nèi)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心共79個(gè)實(shí)訓(xùn)室（工作室）以及75個(gè)校外實(shí)習(xí)基地。其中校內(nèi)的實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心包括文化經(jīng)營與管理實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心、影視傳媒實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心、數(shù)碼藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心、文博藝術(shù)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心、表演藝術(shù)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心、新媒體藝術(shù)空間實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心、服裝設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)中心。

        學(xué)校著力培養(yǎng)高端技能型文化事業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營與管理人才、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)人才、影視傳播人才、文博藝術(shù)人才、文化旅游人才、非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)傳承創(chuàng)新人才，奮力建設(shè)特色鮮明、國內(nèi)一流的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)高職院校。學(xué)校堅(jiān)持源于文化、興于產(chǎn)業(yè)的辦學(xué)理念，遵循以德育人、以文化人的校訓(xùn)，按照融“教學(xué)做”、“產(chǎn)學(xué)研”一體的辦學(xué)模式，先后與省級(jí)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)、省級(jí)宣傳文化單位、中央電視臺(tái)發(fā)現(xiàn)之旅頻道以及四川省愛戀珠寶有限公司、海鷹公共環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)公司、百度（成都分公司）、美國西牙圖國際藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)中心、成都中國青年旅行社等百余家優(yōu)秀企業(yè)建立了長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的實(shí)習(xí)與就業(yè)合作關(guān)系。我校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率近幾年一直保持在90%以上，高于全省平均水平，被四川省教育廳評(píng)為“普通高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作先進(jìn)單位”。

        Sichuan Vocational College of Cultural Industries (Sichuan Provincial Correspondence Institute for Administrators) is a full-time, general higher leaning college approved by National Ministry of Education, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government, and administered by the Propaganda Department of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee. It is the first college that trains high skilled talents for cultural industries around the country.

        The college is located at Huayang town, the new Tianfu centre of Chengdu and about 12 kilometers away from downtown. It covers about 570 acres and there are about 7500 full-time students. There are more than 400 staff, of whom nearly 71 full-time teachers, with Senior Title as professors, associate professors, etc. Besides, the college employs a group of industry experts，artists, and senior managerial staff as part-time teachers, specialized in teaching and guide work of practice.

        The college has 10 teaching units, including Department of Culture and Commerce, Department of Film and Television, Department of Cultural Communication, Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Department of Digital, Department of Culture Exposition, Department of Animation, Department of Cultural Tourism, Department of General Studies, and Department of Further Education etc., and 48 recruiting specialties. The college has set up 7 practical teaching centers on campus, including 79 internal training offices and 75 external bases. The seven practical teaching centers on campus include: culture business and management center, performance art practical teaching center, new media and art space practical teaching center, fashion design practical teaching center.

        The college focuses on education for top skill oriented talents of cultural business and cultural industry management, creative design, film and television communication, culture and museum, culture exposition, and inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage. We spare no efforts to build a distinctive and first-class domestic vocational college of cultural industries. SVCCI is committed to the culture originated and industry oriented education philosophy. The college sticks to the motto “cultivate people by mortality and educate people by culture” and to the integrated system which combines “Teaching-Study-Practice” and “Company-College-Research”.

        SVCCI has established stable and long-term intern and hiring corporations with over 100 excellent enterprises like Provincial Cultural Industry Group, Publicity and Culture Institution, CCTV Out Look, Sichuan Ai Lian Jewelry, Sea Hawk Public Environmental Art, Baidu (Chengdu Branch), Seattle International Art Design Center in America, and China Youth Travel Service etc.

        Employment Rate of graduates from the college maintains above 90%, which is higher than the provincial average, awarded as “Institution Advanced in Graduates Employment among Regular Institutions of Higher Education” by Sichuan Education Department.
